Queensland Mint is proud to present the 1989 10g Australian Pride of Australia Frilled Neck Lizard Gold Proof Coin from The Royal Australian Mint.

Minted in Canberra between the years 1978 to 1991, the Pride of Australia gold coin series were produced in proof and uncirculated grades to exhibit Australia’s beloved native animals – the Wombat, Emu, Platypus, Frilled Neck Lizard, Tasmanian Devil, Echidna, and Squirrel Glider Possum. The $200 face value 10g 22-karat (91.67% purity) is highly collectible, with proof coins shipping in padded boxes, and uncirculated versions shipping in cardboard sleeves.
